great access to parks and historical landmarks

During my stay, I loved how quickly I could walk to both Prato della Valle, which is stunning, and the Basilica di Sant'Antonio, truly a masterpiece, making my daily strolls filled with beautiful sights. however, I did notice the hotel could use some updates to the room furnishings.

Spacious and clean accommodations offered a nice view and featured comfortable beds, making for a pleasant stay. The extensive breakfast selection was impressive, including delicious cinnamon rolls. However, the organization during breakfast could improve, as table shortages were common, leading to waits. Additionally, the lack of timely service in meeting room preparations and the noisy fridge were noticeable downsides.

Great location near city center.

i had a great experience during my stay. the room was spacious with big windows that let in lots of natural light, and my child loved watching the hustle and bustle outside. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my visit enjoyable.

The air conditioning is dysfunctional, leaving rooms uncomfortably hot!!! The long walk to the city center is a downer given the hotel’s industrial surroundings. Empty bathroom supplies on arrival shouldn't happen!!!

The hotel was charming with spacious and luxurious rooms. The staff were super nice and helpful, which made my stay pleasant. However, the nearby music festival caused loud drum sounds in the middle of the night, interrupting my sleep. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

The large windows offered a delightful view of the bustling city, which engaged my kids with the lively traffic below. The spacious family room made it easy for us to find our rhythm during our stay, accommodating everyone comfortably.

In my children’s opinion, a better breakfast selection for kids would be great.
